Just 5 minutes down the road there is a lovely farm shop called La Pieve Farm Shop. Full of every item you may desire and more! Always stocked with fresh veggies from La Pieve Farm, such as strawberries and raspberries and also cream and butter from the dairy. There is no reason to bring anything from home as it is all-available just a short drive down the road. In addition to the farm shop there is a quaint boutique restaurant called Ranch House Bistro also located 5 minutes down the road. Perfect for grabbing a takeaway pizza or enjoying an ice-cold drink and watch the hippos on the lake.
The Oserengoni Wildlife Sanctuary surrounds the homes and it is lucky enough to border the property so the area is teeming with wildlife. Around Chui House alone there is warthogs, bushbuck, impala, giraffe, zebra and dikdik. The bird life is one of the best in Kenya and the garden is home to many species. Some which you can see from the veranda include, Paradise Fly Catcher, Crested Eagle, Nubian Woodpecker, and the Black headed Oriole.
A great way to see more of the wildlife is by game drive in the sanctuary. This can be done either by self-drive or an organised guided drive in a safari landcruiser is also possible through prior booking.
KIBOKO HOUSE
Kiboko House is newly renovated to high and modern standards, while still embracing the "bush" home feel.
Kiboko House is a 3-bedroom "bush" house style home situated on our wildlife corridor overlooking the picturesque Mula Hill & Oserengoni Wildlife Sanctuary. The house being only a 2-hour drive from Nairobi or only 20 minutes away by air is the ideal place to bring family and friends and relax with all the comforts of home.
Built with a lovely courtyard, wonderful green lawns, and a viewing spot with amazing views over the plains & the wildlife waterhole. Kiboko House is your perfect home away from home. In the house, there is one beautifully decorated double ensuite bedroom and 2 twin ensuite bedrooms which can become doubles if need be. Each bedroom is uniquely furnished with king-size beds with mosquito nets adding that little bit of extra luxury to your stay.
Kiboko House has a large but cozy lounge with a fireplace and dining area, which is connected to the courtyard and veranda with views over the garden towards the wildlife sanctuary. The kitchen has a large kitchen island perfect to hangout around while someone is cooking. The house has very good Wi-Fi, which is a great help for that last-minute work email you forgot to send. Off the courtyard is a laundry room with washing machine for your use.
In the garden there is a bird bath and a sundowner platform overlooking the waterhole, this is a perfect spot for a lunch in the shade of the trees or an afternoon tea.
Taking time out to relax under the acacia trees, exploring the garden or sipping a glass of wine while watching giraffe drink at the waterhole are just some of Kiboko House's many pleasures.

CHUI HOUSE
Chui House is a 4 bedroom & 4 bathroom home.
Chui House is a 4-bedroom all ensuite bush home overlooking the Oserengoni Wildlife Sanctuary, set in lush gardens with tall Yellow fever Acacia Trees. This bush home is a great getaway from the hectic city life of Nairobi and you will surely find a spot in the house and garden that peaceful and allows you to relax. Two of the bedrooms can be converted to twin rooms or stay as super-king size beds, all of which has mosquito nets for that added comfort.
The home has a lovely large sitting room with a corner fireplace and comes with a smart 50 inch TV able to connect to Netflix and Amazon Prime. Perfect for those rainy days and keeping the children entertained. Located in the sitting room is a cozy corner with old historic books, an ideal place to relax in the afternoon with a cup of tea. The dining area has a spacious dinning table able to accommodate all your friends or family that will join you on your weekend getaway! Off the sitting room there is a grassy courtyard, dotted with pot plants and a main veranda with views over the garden towards the wildlife sanctuary. The kitchen is located off the dinning room, private but perfect to whip up a delicious meal, using fresh produce from La Pieve Farm Shop just down the road. The kitchen is equipped with all items you would need, has a large pantry and then leads down the hall to the forth bedroom. The house has very good Wi-Fi, which is a great help for that last-minute work email you forgot to send. Off the courtyard is a laundry room with washing machine for your use.
From the main veranda you can enjoy the views over the lush lawns and there is a bird bath, that attracts all Naivasha's unique bird species. There is also a raised area at the end of the garden, a great spot to watch the buffalo and giraffe drink down by the wildlife waterhole.
Chui House is located next to Kiboko House so they can be sold together or separately, but both are in a great part of Naivasha with super access to loads of place only few kilometres down the road. These include: Hell's Gate National Park, Eburu Mountain Range, Crater lake, Greenpark Gold Course, Lake Oloidien, Lake Naivasha and the Geothermal Spa are just a few to be named.
